I had a viewing with Melanie and Ian earlier this week they were exceptional ! From the moment i arrived i felt very welcomed, they were professional and very prepared. They both provided clear information regarding the property, the rental process and were happy to answer any questions i had. The viewing itself was very well-organised and they let me look round the rooms independently, i loved that they let me do this, as it allowed me have a proper look around and it did not feel rushed which i really appreciate ! Overall, it was a lovely experience and i really appreciate their help with my queries and providing a great viewing ! Highly recommend 😀

Melanie was amazing from the first enquiry to the day we moved in. She was on hand to help us at any moment during the application process and although we hit a delay on moving in she was helpful and explained everything to the landlord so we didn't lose the property.
